Jackson Contractor Group is under way on a new 3-story motel located in Miles City, MT. This new 92 room Motel unit will also include a new swimming pool, a community room and 3 other meeting rooms that will be roughed in for future hotel expansion. Each floor will be approx. 16,900 square feet for a total gross square footage of approx. 50,700.
The project’s foundation consists of a footing/stem wall foundation with a slab on grade. The building will be a structural steel frame with wood infill and floor and roof system. An Exterior Insulation and Finish Coating will be installed on the exterior of the building. The interior will include carpet, resilient flooring and granite countertops in guest rooms and public areas.
The project is scheduled to be complete late Summer 2012.
